Sanctuary gatherings begin at 11:00 am and end by 1:00 pm. The Sanctuary remains open until 2:00 pm for connection and integration (optional)
We begin each ceremony with Mama Cacao…Cacao supports gentle heart-opening and deeper coherence, so you can access clarity, discernment, and your rooted voice and return to your center. Drinking ceremonial cacao is highly recommended but not required.
